What is the Battle
Booth thing all about?
The Sixshot.com Battle Booth allows our registered
members to Audio or Text MC Battle each other
much easier, fairer and faster. One Member calls
an MC Battle the other one has some time to
respond and after both competitors have submitted
their rhymes it's free for the specified user
group to vote and evaluate the winner. Battle
scores on Sixshot.com are accurate because it's
done automatically by the Booth.
How do I Call
a battle?
Go to the Battle Booth main page at http://mcbattles.sixshot.com
and click "Call Battle". Type the name
of your competitor in the box and select from
the following options:
Forum Posts: Defines how many forum
posts the voters for this battle should have
Division: Defines how the voters should
be ranked in order to vote for your battle
Votes Required: Defines how many people
should vote for your battle until it comes to
a decision.
Crew Votes: If you hit the checkbox no
one from the your crew or the opponents crew
can vote for this battle
Days to post: Select how many days you
have to post your verse after one party posted
it. After this time expires you will the other
party will be able to give a no-show on the
page of the battle.\
Note as more as you narrow the voting rules
as longer it will take until the battle is finished.
Custom Rules: You can define custom
rules but the Booth can not enforce them these
rules are up to the voters and competitors to
respect.
How do I vote for
a Battle?
Click on a Battle and move to the bottom
of the page for directions on how to vote on
the specific battle. If the votes are visible,
the battle is finished and no votes can be done.
How do I get in
a division?
You need to complete at least 9 Battles to
get rated. Depending on your Battle ranking
you will be put in a battle division, once in
a division you will only be able to battle competitors
in your or a higher division.
Heavyweight Division
Compete in more then 9 battles and have an overall
score of more then 85%
Middleweight Division
Compete in more then 9 battles and have an overall
score of more then 65%
Lightweight Division
Compete in more then 9 battles and have an overall
score of less then 65%
How do I battle for
real Money?
To battle for real money you need to be at
least 18 years of age and agree to the terms
and conditions. Call a battle for money or accept
one and you will be directed to a page to move
founds to your Sixshot.com Account. You can
use ATM or Credit Cards to move funds. Paypal.com
is our payment provider and no payment information
is stored on our side. After Sixshot.com received
your payment we will credit your account with
the money.
Batte Tournaments
Battle tournaments can be found in the Tournament
section of our battle booth.
By clicking on "join" you will join the tournament,
there will be no return after you hit "join".
Once all the spaces are filled you will be alerted
that the tourney started. The individual Battles
work the same way like regular MC Battles. The
voting rules are 200 posts and no Crew votes.
Tournament Battles count in your records like
normal battles.
After each round is completed you will be
alerted if you move on to the next round.
Noshows!
After the specified time elapsed and you
opponent did not post his reply to the battle
you will find the option to give your opponent
a no-show on the page of the battle. If you
hit Yes you will give your opponent a noshow
in his profile and the battle will be permanently
deleted. Note: You will not get a win if you
opponent does not show up. Wins and Losses are
only based on skill.
How do I audio Battle?
When you call your battle simply select the
checkbox beside Audio Battle. This will allow
you to battle for audio. Audio files may be
uploaded to your Sixshot.com Profile. Instead
of posting your verse simply select your audio
from your profile and insert it into the battle
along with some comments if necessary. Audio
battles will be counted separately in your battle
records.
